Admendments to Protective Covenants:
September 2000 March 2006 Explanatory Note for Riley Farm Protective Covenants: All of the covenants in Riley Farm are modifications of the covenant written for the first area developed in the subdivision. The first addition was High Pointe; thus, the covenants for each area of Riley Farm are an amendment of the High Pointe covenants. Generally the changes entail lot size, setbacks, and minimum floor elevation. We often refer to the High Pointe covenants as the Master Covenants. There have been two amendments to the High Pointe covenant which were not specific to a single addition but applied to all areas. These amendments were adopted in September 2000 and March 2006.
